If you are into sparkle, then this is the outfit for you! The a-line skirt is attached to a crepe sweetheart bodice. The bishop sleeve faux wrap top is removable to give you a second look. It has ties across the shoulder to keep it from slipping down. The buttons on the back of the bodice peek out from the sparkly drape of the topper.
