*Regular wholesale pricing applies to retailers for all sales during trunk show.
*If you would like to offer a promotional discount for the duration of the show, we allow 5% off wholesale cost. To be eligible for the discount, order and deposit must be received within two weeks of the trunk show end.
*Kathryn Bass Bridal Inc will ship the dresses to arrive 1-2 days prior to Trunk Show Dates
*A packing list will be sent stating any existing damages. Please review the list as you unpack ensuring all garments have been included from the last location and make a note of any new damages not listed on the packing list. Please advise us of any damages or missing items within 2 days of receiving the trunk show. If this step is not completed, it will be assumed that the damage or missing items occurred at your location.
*Retailer will be responsible for the repair/replacement of any damages other than those reasonable for normal wear. (Retailer must have a credit card on file with KBB Inc)
*Dresses must arrive at the next location by the given date. *Retailer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
*Dresses must be shipped by courier (UPS, Fedex, Canpar etc) and not by post.
*Dresses must be insured both while in your possession and while in transit to the next location. Retailer is responsible for the cost of any losses until the insurance is settled.
*Please ensure dresses are packed correctly (inside out, folded and protected with plastic) and are securely taped.
*The ordering guide and swatches must also be included. Failure to include these items will result in a charge of $100.
